Feeder Calibration

Automated equipment is heavily relied upon for maximum production throughput with minimum costs, to achieve maximum yield it is essential that Feeders be maintained to the highest possible standards.

Our company has developed excellent preventative maintenance procedures that ensure maximum reliability form you feeders.

All working parts are stripped from the feeder then inspected, cleaned and lubricated before reassembly.  Any worn parts are replaced with quality replacement components.  The feeder is then fully re-calibrated on our manufacturers jig and a complete operational test is performed.

The feeder’s service history is transferred to a comprehensive database and a Q.A. sticker c/w date, serial number, authorisation and next service calibration date due.  This ensures that every feeder has a full service history. 

We are fully aware of the importance of feeder availability to the customer and therefore offer a priority carriage service.  All costs of this service to be charged to the customer. 

We employ only highly experienced engineers, who between them have accumulated many years of experience with the leading edge equipment of the day.
